Abstract

„Within the cultural phenomenon, science represents that deeply and rigurously determined structure through which the tight bond between the act of spiritual creation and the act of civilisation is made possible.” — Titus Mocanu in „Art and science”

Considering that the urban space is a means of communication, we can consider that man becomes a transmitter and a receiver of aeshetic conditions.

The built environment is represented by signs of representation and by signs of communication alike.

Today, when scientific and technological development envision architectural projects which 50 years ago would have been considered science fiction, the idea of conceveing an IDEAL URBAN FORM becomes more and more possible, for imagination is limitless and unstoppable by any means.
