International cultural experiments and urban reconfiguration - urban opportunities

Often iconic image of cultural center is the result of a search volume of architectural aesthetics, but above is how the buildings included in the overall compositional type urban cultural center in the whole compositional meaning and how the layout of targets aimed at creating a place unique, memorable and topical. The issue of integration projects such assemblies "cultural center" in existing urban tissue and adaptation to site conditions and how it contributes to the revitalization of urban areas and defining new relations in urban structure is a topical issue.
