Abstract

The paradigm of modern architecture is the integrity intention of the architectural - energy environment with its inherent complex of functional, compositional and aesthetic characteristics. The analysis of modern architectural activity shows that energy efficiency is one of the most influential factors in the formation of the architectural environment. Rationalization of architectural decisions on the basis of energy efficiency becomes one of the main leading areas in architecture. Transformation of the form and structure of housing is increasingly linked to the nature of the energy balance and the types of energy used. The evolution of energy supply of housing is characterized by the transition from unregulated use of natural energy revenues to scientifically grounded methods of obtaining, accumulation and transformation of energy.

In architecture and construction additional energy efficiency reserves are provided by means of rational energy use due to the corresponding characteristics of the architectural form. Functional, planning, volumetric, spatial, structural and technological characteristics of the object being designed are integrated with its energy efficiency. Parameters of the form of the house directly affect its energy efficiency. Inclusion of energy efficiency in the list of features that makes the classification of buildings allows you to analyze and determine the nature of energy, the way it transforms and uses it in the house, the degree of its energy efficiency.
