A couple of words concerning the debate

We had the occasion to notice that often Upgrade is understood as something that helps us to win without having any loss. We should not remain with the impression that we can gain without any kind of loss, as unfortunately the upgrade originated in IT algorithms could let that impression. With reference to school, this upgrade was done more or less controlled. In the early '90s there has been an effort to create a connection to what was happening elsewhere, to what appeared in magazines. Obviously it was an attempt to show that we also can make images as they can. Towards the end of the last century and the beginning of this century it began a process that sought a formula through which to restore the order in what it means the Romanian school, it was no longer an upgrade but a sort of ordering, of finding the identity.
