Motivation…

Like architecture, artificial lighting is both art and science, a field that combines creativity with technology. We are witnessing a shift in recent years evident from functional lighting, quantitatively, the creative lighting, intelligent and emotional. This tendency should be a strong argument for a deeper involvement of architects in the lighting field for both interior and exterior architectural lighting.

Exterior architectural lighting.

Exterior architectural lighting includes lighting for buildings, urban spaces, statues, fountains, bridges, green areas without street lighting road study, exclusively technical field, but in recent years it received an artistic side at street lighting objects design level. Unlike interior lighting, in large scale construction urban areas, and even the details, do not require the same accuracy, but leaves more room to artistic creation, supported by new technologies and sources of lighting control systems.
